Professional

I am a software developer based out of Hyderabad, India.

I work for App Server Engineering Team at Pramati Technologies, a Java Middleware product development company. My Work involves design and development of Pramati's flagship J2EE application server (Pramati Server).

I am also a committer to the open source web services stack - Apache CXF, major contribution being towards memory and CPU optimizations, passing the JAX-WS TCK etc.

I am also part of the JSR-303 Bean Validation specification expert group.

Currently working on J2EE Web Services, implementing the Web Services for Java EE Specification (JSR 109) for the next version of our App Server. This involves bringing into the app server the latest web services API  stacks, primarily  the Java API for XML Web Services - JAX-WS. (The much simple successor of JAX-RPC). I strongly believe that with JAX-WS and new JSR 109, developing web services for the Java EE platform has become much simpler.

I had been part of Pramati's J2EE 1.4 implementation - Worked on EJB 2.1implementation. I also get my hands into Java Transaction Service and Resource Service (Some time back, did some optimizations for XA connection handling).

I did my Engineering in Computer Science from PEC, Chennai.
